Tina Howard is the Acting General Manager of Our Community Project (OCP), a not-for-profit organisation based in Port Kembla, NSW. With over 17 years of dedicated service to OCP, Tina has developed a deep understanding of community development and the vital role that grassroots organisations play in creating positive social change. Her leadership is guided by a clear vision: to help build a vibrant, creative, and resourceful community that values both people and the planet.
Tina's journey with OCP began in 2008 as a bookkeeper, and her career trajectory reflects her commitment to learning, growth, and service. Over the years, she has held diverse roles including Administration, Finance Manager, Community Worker, and No Interest Loan Consultant. This breadth of experience across different facets of the organisation has given her unique insight into both the operational and human sides of community work, positioning her well to lead OCP into its next chapter.
A Port Kembla local, wife, mother, and active volunteer, Tina is deeply connected to the community she serves.
